For broken merchandise during transit by carriers, we provide free repair or exchange. Customers need to inform us within 7 days from the day received the products, and our authorization for any return is required.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging. You must email or call us first for a return authorization number before returning any merchandises. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorization returns will receive our store credit or exchange.
